7:45pm, 15/8/2023: Armed Fulani militias have been observed moving towards a location approximately 35 miles southwest of Jos, the capital of Plateau State in central Nigeria.
There are concerns that these armed groups could be planning to carry out brutal attacks, potentially targeting the residents of Mogul and the nearby Tashek villages in the Jol district of Riyom county.
There is also a possibility that they intend to cause significant damage to farm crops belonging to the local Christian residents.
Securities and residents are advised to take necessary precautionary measures.
