To: All Residents of Mangun, Kumbun, Fan, and Foron Districts in Plateau State Nigeria
Credible information has emerged warning of a potential security threat in Mangun, Kumbun, Fan, and Foron Districts in Plateau State Nigeria. Fulani militias are massing in staging grounds in nearby Bokkos County and are believed to be planning an attack on the villages of Mangun and Kumbun within Mangu County. Additionally, the villages of Fan and Foron Districts in Barkin Ladi County have been earmarked as potential targets.
A reported threat is the goal of kidnappers to abduct the District Head of Fan in Barkin Ladi County. Given these circumstances, residents of Foron and Fan districts bordering Kaduna are urged to exercise extreme vigilance and take immediate precautionary measures.
