Nigerian police arrest bandit informants in Niger State

The Nigeria Police Force have tracked down and arrested three bandit informants in Niger State. The suspects: Zubaida Sanusi, an 18-year-old female college student, Motse Mohammed (47 years) and Aliya Mohammed (48 years) were arrested.

Investigations revealed that Sanusi is in an illicit relationship with a wanted bandit lord, Shaibu Haruna. She was nabbed after a hunt for Haruna’s men revealed her contact number.

Motse and Aliya were arrested for being in contact with bandits and acting as informants in a series of bandit attacks that rocked Salka village in Magama county. Police investigation revealed that both men recently received N10,000 ($11.06) through a bank transfer from bandits.
