Samuel Nwajagu from Nigeria has made history as the first African to win the prestigious Mister International title.
The 16th edition of the competition, held in Bangkok, Thailand, saw 47 contestants from across the globe, including debutants from Cameroon, England, and Mali.
Nwajagu, a 23-year-old model who has worked with top fashion brands like Tice Grandiose and Veejayrex, triumphed over tough competition, including Nguyễn Mạnh Lân of Vietnam and Glenn Victor Sutanto of Indonesia.
Nwajagu’s win follows his earlier victory as Mister Nigeria 2024 in June, which qualified him for the global competition.
Mister International, founded in 2006, is one of the largest male pageants, with participants from over 80 countries.
