A large-scale movement of armed Fulani Ethnic terrorists on motorcycles are converging toward Chikun Local Government area – geocoordinates 10.47466, 7.64434 and Kajuru Local Government Areas (geocoordinates 10.32451, 7.68389 beginning the night of March 16, 2026.
Further reports confirm a sustained influx of terrorists into forested zones, particularly within and around:
- Forest belts in Chikun and Kajuru LGAs
- The dense Rijana Forest corridor, geocoordinates 10.14245, 7.78836
- Extended routes linking Kamuku Forest, geocoordinates 10.81368, 6.29703, through the area around the town of Birnin Gwari toward the Minna-Suleja axis (geocoordinates 9.58526, 6.54489 and 9.170070136382082, 7.186358)/
These areas are now assessed to host a high concentration of armed FEM fighters, many of whom are believed to have already infiltrated and blended into surrounding communities and general areas, increasing the risk of surprise attacks.
Intelligence strongly suggests that these Fulani Terrorist groups are planning coordinated, large-scale attacks targeting Chikun, Kajuru, and Kachia Local Government Areas in the coming days. There are also credible indications of planned executions of kidnapped Christian hostages who are held in large numbers across various Fulani camps in the forested areas of Southern Kaduna.
