Rev. Nicodemus Kim, a Nigerian Pastor was among 26 Christians killed shortly after Sunday Church service near Jos on 11 June. Rev. Kim was of the Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN).

Three of 26 victims of Sunday afternoon attacks near Jos being conveyed to the mortuary. A town leader who shared the photos said they were killed in the town of Jol, an only surviving Christian town bordering a renowned terrorists base known as Mahanga. Mahanga, a hilltop town located 35miles southwest of Jos was previously a Christian town called Rankum. It was attacked and seized on September 11 2001 and has since then been a staging ground for attacks in the surrounding areas.
