Credible intelligence indicates a large‑scale mobilization of armed Fulani militants in staging grounds east and south of Jos, Plateau State. More than 200 fighters have reportedly been deployed from Bauchi, Nasarawa, and Kaduna States to reinforce existing militia units already positioned inside Plateau.
